The Terrance “T.K.” Kelly Youth Foundation provides: tutoring, mentoring, life skills workshops, planning for higher education, culinary classes and extra-curricular activities including advanced technology training, career training and planning for the future. The Foundation provides community outreach for children and youth ages 5 – 17, grades K – 12 in the public school system through a variety of cultural, educational and community programs.
The Foundation’s High Achievers After School Programs include:

Literacy Tutoring
The literacy program promotes and equips underprivileged and disadvantaged primary level students with skills to improve their grades, test scores, attendance and character.
Computer Literacy
The computer literacy program, assists the youth in learning how to apply technology to help him or her think critically, problem-solve, and use technology to help them invent, create and ultimately produce quality work.


Culinary Arts
Through Culinary Arts and Nutrition the youth are encouraged to develop healthy eating habits. Emphasis is on food preparation, produce selection, table preparation, safety, and health.
Conflict Resolution/Anger Management
Conflict Resolution is the central component of focusing the mind to learn effective solutions for life situations.


Cultural Expression
Cultural Expression affords the youth with the opportunity to explore their personal creative expression through various art mediums and experiment with new forms of communication.
